Will my purchase by gift wrapped?
All jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a re-usable Wink Jewellery tin. Please let us know if you would like us to include a short note to the recipient with the order.
We do not include a copy of the invoice with any orders, so if your order is a gift, the recipient will not see the purchase price of the item/s.
What shipping method do you use in Australia?
Shipping is free for all items to be delivered within Australia. We ship via regular post, with Australia Post and unfortunately there is no tracking number available.
Orders are shipped from the ACT and shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days after the item has been dispatched, depending on the location. As orders take 1-3 days to be dispatched, depending on the time of year, please allow up to 6 business days for your item to arrive. If you need your item more urgently, please email us at email@example.com to determine the current dispatch times.
If you would like your item shipped Express Post or with a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase to arrange a different shipping method. You can also pay for Express Postage with your order by purchasing the Express Post option, here: Express Shipping Upgrade
How is my order shipped for international purchases?
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 for all orders. International shipments come with a tracking number, and usually take 1-3 weeks, depending on the location and the time of year. If you would like your order to be shipped internationally via Express Post, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase at email@example.com as the cost varies substantially between countries.
Please note that you may be charged a customs fee (particularly in the EU and the UK) depending on the value of your order.
Do you offer a refund or an exchange?
Yes. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or refund.

How should I care for my jewellery ?
All jewellery should be taken off before showering or swimming, and kept clean and dry when not in use. Jewelry should be properly cleaned occasionally or as needed.
Sterling silver: To clean Sterling Silver, rub with dry baking soda, toothpaste and water, or jewellery cleaner. Rinse & dry.
Gold filled: To clean gold-filled jewellery use dishwashing liquid and water or jewellery cleaner.
Gold plated: To prolong the life of plated components, polish gold plated jewellery carefully with a polishing cloth or non-abrasive fabric, and take off before shower/swimming/exercising. Keep dry in a closed container. Do not rub or scrub gold-plated components.
